It's a very sad day in the Ocholi family as Mrs. Ocholi, the only survivor of the auto crash that left the Minister of State for Labour and his son dead, has also passed on.
According to a tweet by the Minister of State for Environment, Ibrahim Usman Jibril, Mrs Ocholi passed on after the battle to sustain her.
"A
very sad day indeed! The wife has also just passed on. Join us in
praying for the souls of the departed please. RIP," the minister had
tweeted via his official twitter handle.
The late minister of state, James Ocholi, died in a road accident along Abuja -Kaduna road on Sunday, March 6, 2016.
He was said to have died at the spot of the accident alongside his son, who was in the car.
Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai also confirmed this in a facebook post .
“It is with great sadness that the Kaduna State Ministry of
Health and Human Services further announces the death of Mrs. Ocholi at Doka
Hospital, who was in coma since the accident near Rijana, along the
Kaduna-Abuja Road. Earlier, the death of Minister Ocholi and his son were
announced. May their souls rest in perfect peace, Amen,” the governor wrote.
