China: Shocking pictures of Man with unusually large foot would put you to tears

This man's unusually large foot shocked the world last year, when it was revealed to be 43cm long and still growing.

22-yr-old Liu Huichang was diagnosed with macrodactyly, which sees his foot growing to 43cm long and a UK size 29, despite his other foot being normal. Mr Huichang told the Chinese press how he was bullied at school by other children who would laugh and sometimes jump on his overly large foot.

As a result his brothers and sisters have always been very protective of him.

Although the factory worker from Qu County in the Sichuan province of China has had a series of operations to reduce the foot it has continue to swell to an enormous size. He was originally told amputation was the only option. 

But he has now had three operations and a relatively normal sized foot, but has been told he'll still need more surgery to help him get rid of the limp. His family are now trying to raise funds for his future operations.

Macrodactyly is a disease which causes a body part, often a limb, to grow to an unusual size.
