OLISEH RESIGNS

Super Eagles coach (former now), Sunday Oliseh has resigned as the head coach of Nigeria's flagship team. He made this known via a tweet in the wee hours of this morning. Already, there is wide spread criticism of the medium of announcement, twitter. However, an ex international and one of Oliseh's assistants, Tijani Babangida, while speaking to Channels TV this morning said that Oliseh formalised his resignation before putting it up on twitter. Babangida said that resignation letters were sent to NFF and the sports minister at about 11 am yesterday. This is coming days after he appologised to Nigerians for his utube comments. With world cup qualificatins against the Pharoahs of Egypt billed for next month, where does this development leave us?
